Shooting down Satelite burns up Hydrazine Fuel - Danger is lessened.

Surprise, the US managed to hit the satelite with only one shot! Hot dog. They should be able to for all the billions we spent making missiles. Hey, I am not complaining. A bus sized object traveling at 16,000 miles an hour could put a dent in your windshield.

They blew it up and at least most of the dangerous hydrazine fuel has burned up. And it will be in a lot smaller pieces. The Chinese and Russians are still concerned to be watching the debris. Not to mention watching the successful missile attack. The US used a SM-3 missile launched from an guided-missile ship. It is good to see they can hit something.

Hydrazine is a dangerous chemical but good rocket fuel due to its extra power and the ability to stay stable for long periods of time in outer space.

wikipedia has an interesting page on hydrazine.

Now if only we knew if the government is telling the whole truth? ;0 Some reports doubt the satelite was hit as well as we hear and is not truly destroyed.

Amcor 3.5 touch screen portable gps under $200

This new automotive gps device for your vehicle is an easy to use and install model. The touchscreen makes using it a breeze. I have read a couple of reviews that recommend it. But check into it further. Reviews are a dime a dozen, truthful reviews that are not trying to sell you the product to make money are rarer. Consumer Reports is great but not for new products.

This Amcor 3.5 touch screen portable gps
is using the latest technology WGS84 and is very accurate. But you really can't beat the price, I have been watching prices for gps and I will not spend $400 when a mapbook costs $20 ;)
